La transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e le 26 juin 2024. L&rsquo;entreprise acquise continuera d&rsquo;op\u00e9rer en tant que filiale \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re de BrightLoop sous le nouveau nom de BrightLoop Mechanics.<\/p>\n\n<p>Avant l&rsquo;acquisition, SID-group \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un important fournisseur de pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es pour BrightLoop, notamment de bo\u00eetiers de convertisseurs de haute pr\u00e9cision. En s\u00e9curisant sa cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement pour ces pi\u00e8ces critiques, BrightLoop souligne sa strat\u00e9gie de croissance industrielle sur un march\u00e9 en pleine \u00e9volution, aliment\u00e9 par une forte demande en convertisseurs de puissance, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment indispensable de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n<p>En outre, l&rsquo;entreprise poss\u00e8de un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 unique de soudage par friction-malaxage et des outils propri\u00e9taires, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 une tour d&rsquo;usinage. Cela permet de r\u00e9aliser des soudures de pr\u00e9cision dans la m\u00eame configuration que l&rsquo;usinage. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet de produire des bo\u00eetiers de convertisseurs avec des circuits de refroidissement 3D int\u00e9gr\u00e9s qui offrent une pr\u00e9cision, une robustesse, une compacit\u00e9 et une ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts in\u00e9gal\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cette acquisition optimise \u00e0 la fois notre capacit\u00e9 industrielle et notre capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;innovation.
