BrightLoop est fier de partager une excellente nouvelle : ABB a officiellement finalis\u00e9 l\u2019acquisition de BrightLoop, prenant une participation majoritaire de 93 % (les 7 % restants devant \u00eatre acquis d\u2019ici 2028). Cette \u00e9tape marque le d\u00e9but d\u2019un nouveau chapitre dans notre mission : fournir l\u2019\u00e9lectronique de puissance la plus avanc\u00e9e et la plus efficace aux industries qui en ont le plus besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fond\u00e9e en 2010 \u00e0 Paris, BrightLoop est n\u00e9e d\u2019une ambition claire : concevoir des convertisseurs DC\/DC compacts, performants et fiables, capables de r\u00e9sister aux environnements les plus exigeants. Du sport automobile \u2014 o\u00f9 chaque voiture de la grille ABB FIA Formula E utilise notre technologie \u2014 \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique, la d\u00e9fense, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, le maritime, le secteur minier et les applications industrielles off-highway, BrightLoop a grandi en repoussant sans cesse les limites de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique de puissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, en rejoignant la division Traction d\u2019ABB, nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 porter cette ambition \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale. Ensemble, ABB et BrightLoop vont unir expertise, innovation et ressources pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transition vers des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques plus propres, plus intelligents et plus efficaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
