BrightLoop Mechanics

Welcome to BrightLoop’s precision machining facility

BrightLoop Mechanics is located in Dourdan, south of Paris. The subsidiary is a main supplier of machined parts to BrightLoop, particularly high-precision converter housings and cooling plates, critical components of BrightLoop’s high-power, high-density devices.

BrightLoop Mechanics combines a next-generation fleet of CNC machines with deep process expertise to deliver complex, multi-dimensional parts with exceptional accuracy. We also have strong expertise in continuous 5-axis machining of complex geometries, as illustrated by the intricate sculptural parts we produce.

With multiple 5-axis and 3-axis machining centers, as well as twin-spindle turning capabilities, the workshop can handle a wide range of geometries—from highly detailed components to large structural elements up to 2 meters.

This versatility allows us to support demanding applications where precision, repeatability, and reliability are critical, such as in motorsports and aerospace.

From prototype to small series production

Originally developed to support BrightLoop’s own high-performance products, the workshop is also available to external customers looking for a trusted partner in precision machining.

Whether you need rapid prototyping, pre-series validation, or small batch production, BrightLoop Mechanics offers short lead times and a high level of adaptability. It is particularly well suited for projects where technical complexity, tight tolerances, or advanced manufacturing processes exceed conventional machining capabilities.

We can also support our customers in the design and optimization of their parts, ensuring they are fully aligned with manufacturing constraints and performance objectives.

  • Short lead times
  • Max capacity up to 2 meters
  • Highly technical machining
  • Stir-welding capabilities

Friction stir welding

The company owns a unique friction stir welding (FSW) process and proprietary tools, fully integrated into a machining tower. This enables precision welding to be performed in the same setup as machining, with a direct transition from machining to welding through an automatic tool change. The process enables production of converter housings with integrated 3D cooling circuits that offer unparalleled precision, ruggedness and compactness.

Precision, control and consistency

Quality is ensured through a fully integrated measurement and validation process, including coordinate measuring systems operating in a climate-controlled environment. This guarantees dimensional accuracy and consistency across all production stages, from first prototype to final part.

By maintaining strict control over the entire machining process, BrightLoop Mechanics delivers parts that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Each step is carefully designed to ensure precision, performance, and reliability.

A culture of craftsmanship and innovation

Beyond machines and processes, the true strength of BrightLoop Mechanics lies in its approach. Each part is treated as a technical challenge, where machining is not only a production step, but a discipline refined through experience, precision, and attention to detail.

This mindset enables the workshop to consistently achieve results that push the boundaries of what is possible in modern machining—especially for highly technical, high-performance applications.
