High-Voltage High-Power Converters
BrightLoop offers a series of high-power DCDC converters designed to deliver exceptional performance in energy management scenarios for fuel cells and heavy-duty applications, as well as HV network adaptation. Incorporating state-of-the-art SiC (silicon carbide) semiconductor technology, our HV-HV converters meet extremely high standards of scalability and efficiency, achieving an unmatched power density of 35 kW/kg (60 kW/L) and a megawatt power range. Additionally, the operating voltage can reach 950, 1,800 or even 2,400 Vdc with our DCUHV LP system.
For applications that demand full galvanic isolation to minimize ground loop risks and protect sensitive components from voltage spikes and noise, our converters can be combined with BrightLoop’s unique high-frequency, low-loss transformers. By operating at frequencies as high as 300 kHz, this industry-first adds to the remarkable list of BrightLoop’s innovations.
