High-Frequency, High-Speed Motor Drives

BrightLoop aims to set new benchmarks with this latest product line designed for aerospace applications and ultra-high-speed motors reaching up to 200,000 RPM. BrightLoop's R&D team is currently working on developing state-of-the-art inverters that push the thermal and mechanical limits of motors. With BrightLoop’s hallmark versatility and modularity, our inverters deliver up to 500 kW of power with an exceptional power density exceeding 50 kW/kg. Embedding cutting-edge top-side cooling technology and silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, they minimize power losses and thermal management issues, resulting in optimal efficiency.

The motor control modes include speed, torque, and DC bus voltage controls. Initially targeting the fast-growing market of permanent magnet motors, our motor drive inverters integrate sophisticated algorithms meeting the adaptability requirements of a wide range of motor types. Our advanced software is intuitive, offering extensive user-configurable parameters, ensuring quick adoption, and simplifying set-up for any motor type with complete autonomy.
