A long-standing collaboration with GreenGT, from motorsport to hydrogen innovation

Beyond Aero has reached a major milestone in the development of its full-scale hydrogen-electric propulsion system for aerospace applications.

We would like to warmly thank GreenGT for this great video and for highlighting our long-standing collaboration.

Our journey together started nearly two decades ago in motorsport — an environment where performance, robustness, and reliability are not optional. These early hydrogen race car projects were a demanding but invaluable testing ground, helping shape BrightLoop’s power electronics philosophy and pushing our DC/DC converter technology to its limits.

Over the years, this motorsport DNA has naturally carried over into more advanced hydrogen applications. Today, BrightLoop converters are integrated into GreenGT’s latest generation of high-performance fuel cell systems, supporting both energy generation and mobility use cases. In these applications, efficiency, compactness, and reliability remain key — just as they were on the track.

This collaboration is a strong example of how long-term partnerships, built on technical challenges, mutual trust, and shared ambition, can accelerate innovation and support the development of zero-emission technologies at scale.

We look forward to continuing this journey together and to pushing the boundaries of clean, high-performance hydrogen solutions in the years to come.
